The Opportunity


Renu Energy Solutions is looking for a versatile Marketing Manager who combines business thinking, analytical problem-solving, and strong communication to help drive the continued growth of one of the Southeast’s leading residential solar and battery companies.


Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, generate qualified leads, and enhance the customer experience.


This role spans nearly every aspect of modern marketing. You’ll help execute digital campaigns, manage the company’s website, develop creative assets, analyze performance, leverage AI tools, and collaborate across departments to support business growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.


We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in turning business objectives into effective marketing.


This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Charlotte headquarters.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns while partnering with the Senior Director of Marketing to optimize performance and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Manage and continuously improve the company’s WordPress website, landing pages, and digital customer experience.
  • Use marketing analytics, customer insights, and business trends to recommend improvements that strengthen the customer journey and marketing performance.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency, content development, research, customer engagement, and decision-making.
  • Design professional marketing materials and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite while maintaining a consistent, high-quality brand experience.
  • Develop marketing content and assets for websites, email campaigns, presentations, social media, and customer communications that support lead generation and sales.
  • Build strong partnerships with sales, operations, leadership, and external vendors to gather insights, solve problems, and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Support trade shows, community events, sponsorships, and other brand initiatives.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing performance, customer engagement, and business results.


Requirements:

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated success planning, executing, and improving marketing initiatives that support business growth.
  • Experience with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, SEO, and modern digital marketing tools.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance, customer behavior, and business trends to make informed recommendations.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve marketing workflows, productivity, content development, research, and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Naturally curious, approachable, and confident communicating with people at every level of the organization. Comfortable asking questions, gathering insights, and building relationships that lead to better marketing.
  • Experience in home services, construction, renewable energy, or a related industry is a plus.
