Bank of America is seeking a Digital Channel Consultant for our award-winning digital banking 31 million mobile users. The Digital Channel Consultant will be responsible for developing and delivering campaigns in CMS to align with a set of requirements, measuring and reporting on campaign performance, providing operational support of highly visible onsite and mobile marketing campaigns, via our workflow management tool, as well as provide leadership performance updates by channel, highlighting insights and key learnings with business partners and across our Digital Marketing team. Candidate will support various lines of business, monitoring and optimization of marketing campaigns on BankofAmerica.com, within online banking and the mobile app.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience developing, maintaining, and updating web assets using HTML and CSS.

  • Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility best practices.

  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving layout, styling, and functionality issues.

  • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns throughout the campaign lifecycle.

  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and providing optimization recommendations.

  • Experience creating and delivering reporting, presentations, and business communications.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Experience with QA testing, validation, and quality assurance processes.
