Job description

Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Marketing Strategy, the Enrollment Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and assessment of recruitment marketing initiatives designed to advance undergraduate enrollment goals.

The Coordinator assists in implementing multi-channel communication campaigns and digital engagement strategies while supporting project management, content deployment, social media initiatives, and campaign operations. This position serves as a key contributor to the day-to-day execution of enrollment marketing efforts and helps ensure prospective students and families receive timely, relevant, and engaging communications.

Primary Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • Assist in implementing email, SMS, and digital communication campaigns. 
  • Build and schedule communications within Slate CRM. 
  • Support campaign calendars and communication workflows. 
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of communications and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of print publications and marketing materials. 

Digital Engagement

  • Oversee undergraduate admissions social media initiatives across platforms, ensuring alignment with institutional brand standards and institutional goals.  This includes, but not limited to Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and ZeeMee
  • Coordinate photography, video, and other digital assets to be used across platforms.
  • Assist in the management of parent communities and admissions digital engagement initiatives. 
  • Monitor engagement metrics and identify opportunities to improve performance.

Website and Content Support

  • Coordinate admissions website content updates in partnership with MarComm to ensure information remains accurate, timely, and aligned with institutional standards.
  • Coordinate with campus partners and external vendors to ensure timely execution of projects.

Data and Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reporting. 
  • Support the collection and analysis of marketing metrics. 
  • Assist with dashboard maintenance and communication assessments.

Emerging Technologies

  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and workflow. 
  • Stay informed regarding evolving trends in digital marketing and student engagement. 
  • Recommend ideas to enhance communication effectiveness and operational efficiency. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • One to three years of experience in marketing, communications, enrollment management, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Technolutions Slate.

  • Familiarity with Canva and basic design principles.

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital engagement strategies.

  • Experience with SMS campaigns and marketing automation.
