Production Coordinator, Digital Tool Design & Development
What will you do?
A day in the life of a Production Coordinator, Digital Tool Design & Development at The North Face looks a little like this.
The North Face Global Creative Team is looking for a detail-oriented and curious Production Coordinator to support the development and adoption of digital tools used across our creative workflow. This role is an opportunity to sit at the intersection of creativity, process, and technology-helping enable designers, producers, and creatives to work more efficiently and bring ideas to life at scale.
You'll work closely with creative, production, and innovation partners to support tool development, testing, and rollout, while ensuring our workflows stay organized, efficient, and aligned across global teams. This role will report into the Sr. Manager, Digital Tool Design / Development.

  • Support / coordinate day-to-day workflows, timelines, and deliverables tied to digital tool design and creative production
  • Support the development, testing, and rollout of digital tools that improve creative efficiency and collaboration at scale
  • Track feedback from creative teams and help translate it into actionable tool enhancements and workflow improvements
  • Partner across Global Creative, Brand, and Production teams to align on priorities and ensure consistent and effective tool usage
  • Organize and maintain documentation, including workflows, playbooks, and best practices to support global consistency
  • Help manage asset systems, file organization, and version control to ensure work is accurate, accessible, and scalable
  • Assist in planning and coordinating working sessions, trainings, and enablement efforts to drive tool adoption
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve overall production operations
  • Actively leverage and support the integration of AI and AI enabled tools within creative workflows, helping teams improve speed, output, and efficiency
  • Stay curious and engaged with emerging tools and technologies, identifying opportunities to test and apply new capabilities within the creative process

$61,344.00 USD - $76,680.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
