This role is critical to ensuring accurate tracking, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT assets across various departments and projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience with asset inventory systems, and a solid understanding of IT hardware to maintain efficient workflows and support seamless technology operations. IT Asset Coordinator Requirements: Prior experience in IT asset coordination, logistics, or inventory management, with a strong emphasis on tracking, issuing, and retrieving IT hardware. Experience managing equipment distribution and return logistics to support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Proficient in organizing, storing, and maintaining IT assets—including laptops, monitors, and peripherals—with a focus on secure storage and easy accessibility. Proven ability to coordinate with project managers, IT teams, and field personnel to ensure timely material handoffs aligned with project schedules. Skilled in vendor communication, including managing drop shipments, tracking ETAs, addressing damaged goods, and handling return logistics. Experience supporting end users, remote teams, or field-based technicians is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field. Proficient with inventory software and strong skills in Microsoft Excel. IT Asset Coordinator Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain inventory throughout the full lifecycle of construction and IT projects, from delivery to installation or return. Coordinate materials preparation and arrange timely deliveries to job sites or client locations. Perform routine inventory audits and cycle counts to verify stock accuracy.
