In this career, you typically work with marketing firms or advertising agencies to assist in the development and enhancement of sound marketing strategies. Your job duties include searching through marketing analytics data, developing reports that can be sorted and analyzed, and presenting your findings back to the marketing managers.

  • Partner with Business Intelligence teams to improve data quality, scalable reporting capabilities, and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Support strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, and executive discussions through analytical storytelling and actionable business insights.
  • Operate independently in ambiguous environments, proactively identifying opportunities, risks, and emerging trends across digital analytics and customer behavior.

What You Need to Get the Job Done:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, web analytics, or related analytical roles with increasing strategic scope and business influence.
  • Deep experience with web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar enterprise analytics tools.
  • Strong experience analyzing digital funnels, customer journeys, lead behavior, and conversion performance within B2B SaaS or digital-first environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence business decisions and provide strategic recommendations through data-driven insights and analytical storytelling.
  • Experience developing scalable measurement frameworks, attribution approaches, and first-party data strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital tracking methodologies, customer behavior analytics, and marketing performance measurement.
  • Experience leading analytical support for experimentation, optimization, or digital testing initiatives.
  • Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity while managing multiple strategic priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience partnering cross-functionally and presenting insights to senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in AI, SQL, Excel, and BI/reporting platforms with the ability to independently analyze and synthesize large datasets.
  • Strong analytical rigor, intellectual curiosity, and ability to proactively identify opportunities for optimization and business impact.

What Would Make Us REALLY Love You:

  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS marketing organizations with complex digital acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI search trends, AI Overviews (AIO), LLM-driven discovery behavior, and evolving SEO/organic measurement strategies.
