We work hard, move fast, and have a blast doing it. If that sounds like your kind of vibe, read on.
Benefits & Perks:
  • Hybrid work environment
  • Competitive pay
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance
    • Exclusive Employee Discounts: Enjoy 30โ€“60% off retail prices on hundreds of brands through our partnership with Expertvoice.
    • Easy Access with Expertvoice: You will be able to sign up for free to explore and shop a wide range of products from top brands.
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Employee referral bonuses

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end creative pipeline across paid ads, landing pages, email, and lifecycle channels - from concept through optimization.

  • Write insight-driven briefs that balance data and emotion, inspiring creators to produce scroll-stopping, revenue-generating work.

  • Partner closely with Growth to identify what's working, what's not, and where to scale - ensuring all executions align with performance goals and brand standards.

  • Analyze customer reviews, audience research, and behavioral data to uncover emotional and functional purchase drivers, translating them into scalable hooks, angles, and narratives.

  • Develop repeatable creative frameworks and durable content pillars that fuel paid, lifecycle, and organic channels without sacrificing originality.

  • Collaborate with Brand, Acquisition, and Product Marketing to concept, pitch, and execute breakthrough campaigns that build demand and expand the category.

What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 4-7 years in a creative strategy, growth creative, or performance creative role (brand-side or agency) - or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proven experience briefing and collaborating with creators, editors, and designers.

  • Background in product marketing, content marketing, or social-first storytelling.

  • Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related performance tools - and the judgment to turn data into decisions.

  • Deep understanding of paid media platforms, especially Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Experience working cross-functionally across paid, owned, and earned channels.

  • A portfolio that shows both creative instinct and measurable results.

You'll Thrive Here If You:

  • Have launched a high volume of ads and can reverse-engineer why they worked (or didn't).

  • Obsess over improving hooks, headlines, edits, and angles until performance lifts.

  • Write briefs that are clear, compelling, and unlock creative talent.

Bonus: Experience in DTC, wellness, lifestyle, or high-consideration consumer products.
