We're looking for a SCM Development Manager to supports the Market Cluster SCM organization and the Regional Head of Supply Chain Management in shaping and executing the regional SCM strategy, leading strategic initiatives, and delivering key transformation and optimization projects.

This is your chance to drive the development and maturity of Supply Chain Management capabilities across the Americas market cluster, aligned with global SCM standards and strategic priorities.

About the Job

  • Supports the Regional Head of Supply Chain Management and Cluster SCM leadership in defining, refining, and executing the regional SCM strategy and roadmap.
  • Leads and delivers strategic SCM initiatives and transformation projects within the region (e.g. warehouse and logistics provider changes, network optimization, process standardization). Acts as project lead or senior contributor for complex, cross-functional SCM projects, ensuring clear scope, governance, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Translates global and regional strategies (e.g. LUXignite) into tangible SCM initiatives, business cases, and implementation plans within the market cluster.
  • Provides expertise and guidance on best practices, process design, and operating models to improve efficiency, resilience, and scalability of the regional supply chain.
  • Identifies capability gaps, improvement opportunities, and risks across the cluster and proposes concrete development actions.
  • Supports change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement for SCM initiatives to ensure adoption and sustainable impact.

About You

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or SCM transformation roles. Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional SCM projects or strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in regional or market cluster roles and working in matrix organizations is a strong advantage.
