Hopewell, PA; Reading, PA; Trenton, NJ or Baltimore, MD.

As a Business Development Manager, you will grow our company's business endeavors, actively prospecting to find and establish new customer accounts in need of flatbed transportation services. You will maintain our current business and ensure customer satisfaction, negotiate competitive rates, and expand opportunities with known entities. Prospective candidates should be highly motivated, competitive and engaging to be successful in the sales department.

Responsibilities:
Aggressively prospect for new business accounts and manage the full cycle sales process.
Meet with new customers and evaluate current transportation needs. Identify sales solutions and negotiate new competitive rates with clients.
Exceed sales goals within assigned territory and maintain customer satisfaction with current book of business.
Travel to new and existing customer base weekly to maintain account management.
Conduct sales presentations to customer owners and senior executive teams.
Network on social media to obtain customer referrals and to promote PGT Trucking.
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Must have transportation experience to be considered.
Must be a hunter who strives to close new business.
Must be able to work with little to no supervision.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be willing to travel.
