Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Take full ownership of North American sales performance and actively drive commercial growth to consistently achieve and exceed the company’s structured annual revenue goals.

  • New Customer Acquisition (Hunter Profile): Actively prospect, cold-call, and visit OEM/ODM manufacturers, Tier suppliers, and industrial accounts in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio to build a sales pipeline from scratch.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Achieve quantified monthly/quarterly activity targets by actively maintaining a healthy sales funnel, securing strategic corporate accounts, and consistently driving high-value full-set mold or heavy CNC project RFQs.

  • Technical Consultation: Review 2D/3D part drawings with client engineers, understand their pain points in tooling/machining, and present our manufacturing capabilities effectively.

Requirements :
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of proven track record in Technical Sales / Business Development specifically within Injection Molds or Precision CNC Machining.

  • Industry Network: MUST possess strong, verifiable existing relationships with purchasing managers, sourcing specialists, and tooling engineers within the manufacturing sector to enable immediate market entry. Experience and active contacts within the Automotive industry (Tier 1/2) are highly preferred but not required.

  • Technical Savvy: Ability to read blueprints, 2D/3D CAD drawings, and speak the language of tooling/manufacturing engineers.

  • Mindset: Greenfield/Startup mindset—highly self-motivated, resilient, autonomous, and comfortable with zero existing local database.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel regionally up to 50%-70% for customer face-to-face meetings.
