All Dry Services is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our referral network and client relationships throughout the Louisville market.
This is a field-based position focused on building long-term relationships with professionals who influence restoration decisions before property emergencies occur. You'll become a trusted resource within the community while helping grow awareness of our water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and restoration services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, developing professional relationships, creating opportunities, and building a market over time.
What You'll Do
  • Develop new referral partner relationships throughout the Louisville area
  • Build relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, HVAC contractors, property managers, facility managers, business owners, and other local professionals
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship development
  • Conduct in-person meetings and market visits throughout the territory
  • Represent All Dry Services at networking and industry events
  • Maintain activity, contacts, and opportunities within CRM
  • Work closely with operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Expand awareness of All Dry Services throughout the local market

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, outside sales, account management, territory sales, or relationship management
  • Ability to build trust and establish long-term professional relationships, with experience building referral partner relationships
  • Experience with insurance, property management, construction, restoration, facilities, or a related industry is a plus
  • Experience with a CRM or prospecting platform is a plus
  • Knowledge of local Louisville business networks is a plus
  • Eligible to work in the United States
