???? Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in strengthening and expanding relationships with existing CDL accounts across the region. This position is focused on improving customer experience, increasing patient access to Cardiac PET, and helping practices drive both clinical and financial performance.

Success in this role comes from building trust, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our partners fully benefit from CDL’s service offerings.

???? What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
• Serve as a trusted partner to customers, enhancing their experience with CDL services
• Identify opportunities to expand services and increase patient access to Cardiac PET
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements focused on long-term value
• Manage and oversee accounts throughout the full lifecycle of each agreement
• Ensure successful implementation and ongoing delivery of services
• Respond promptly to customer needs and effectively manage escalations
• Collaborate across teams to support customer success and business growth
