Job Description: 

The Heartflow General Management Development Program (GMDP) is an immersive leadership track designed for top-tier MBA graduates. Over two years, Associates will lead critical projects across multiple functions of the organization, gaining a 360-degree view of the health-tech ecosystem. Participants will receive executive mentorship, and be prepared for high-impact management roles upon program completion.

Strategic Functional Areas:

Depending on business needs and candidate expertise, the Associate will rotate through two or more of the following pillars:

  • Commercial Strategy & Operations: Evaluate and operationalize commercial strategies to drive incremental business growth
  • Marketing: Support downstream marketing teams to drive growth of existing products through integrated campaigns
  • Business Development: Evaluate and guide recommendations on strategic partnerships, licensing, and/or institutional collaborations to progress Heartflow's long-term strategy
  • Opportunity Assessments: Evaluate new business opportunities and help with prioritizing opportunities for Heartflow's capital allocation strategy
  • Product: Analyze the market, understand voice of customer, synthesize insights and help drive the product roadmap for Heartflow
  • Operations: Analyze and evaluate production operations to uncover opportunities to drive improved operational excellence, workforce planning and production efficiency.

Skills Needed:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Valuable experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required; familiarity with Tableau and CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) is a significant advantage.
  • A creative and flexible individual who can navigate ambiguity and prioritize demands effectively

Educational Requirements & Work Experience: 

  • Currently pursuing an MBA degree

A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $175,000 - $200,000, and bonus.
