  • Assist the sales team in developing target prospect lists for RIAs and broker-dealers within assigned territories, primarily along the East Coast.

  • Work across internal data systems to support client and prospect data management.

  • Coordinate portfolio manager travel for U.S. Institutional Sales team roadshows and related meetings.

  • Maintain pipeline activity, business development opportunities, and contact records in Salesforce while helping reconcile data across multiple systems.

  • Generate monthly activity and asset reports through Salesforce for territory-level management and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or CFA designation preferred.

  • Minimum of three years of experience within asset management or a related financial services environment.

  • Experience maintaining accurate documentation in a client relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Ability to work from an office location and travel as business needs require.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization (e.g., H-1B , O-1, F-1 (OPT), TN, or any other non-immigrant visa classifications that require employer support or sponsorship).
