You Have:ย
- 8+ years of experience with software development using C,ย C++,ย Rust,ย orย Python
- 6+ yearsย ofย experience developingย exploitย capabilities for Linux environmentsย
- 6+ years of experience working in an Agile,ย SAFeย or iterativeย software development usingย tools, such asย Jira, Confluence, and GitLab,ย and employingย DevSecOpsย processesย
- Experience as a senior technical leader and mentor, elevating team performance, skills, and developingย cyber personnel, fostering technical depth, professional growth, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Experience taking a defined vulnerability from concept to exploitationย proof of conceptย
- Experience with Linux kernel exploitation techniques, privilegeย escalation,ย or persistence techniquesย
- Experience gathering requirements and designing and developing approaches for product security, resilient cryptographic solutions, and anti-forensic measuresย
- Knowledge of operating system internals, such as processes, memory, or file systems
- TS/SCI clearancewith a polygraphย
- HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience with software development, Associateโs degree and 6+ years of experience with software development,ย orย Bachelorโsย degreeย and 4+ years of experience with software development

Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individualโs particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $41.78 to $95.20 per hour.ย The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatchโs total compensation package for employees.
