Are you a creative, strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? We're seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the execution of impactful marketing campaigns, engaging events, retailer partnerships, and digital initiatives that drive traffic, increase sales, and create memorable customer experiences.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll collaborate with operations, leasing, retailers, and regional leadership to transform a premier retail destination into a vibrant community hub.

What You'll Do

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, website, paid media, and onsite channels.
  • Localize national marketing initiatives while developing campaigns that resonate with the local community.
  • Support annual marketing strategy, customer engagement plans, and brand positioning initiatives.
  • Coordinate media planning, campaign execution, and performance optimization.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media content and community engagement.
  • Support paid digital advertising, SEO/SEM initiatives, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain website content and ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Retailer & Partner Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with retailers through regular onsite engagement.
  • Encourage retailer participation in promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with leasing, facilities, security, and operations teams to execute center-wide initiatives.

Events & Customer Experience

  • Plan and execute community events, seasonal activations, retailer promotions, and grand openings.
  • Develop partnerships with local organizations, influencers, and community groups.
  • Create memorable customer experiences that increase visitation and engagement.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador within the local community.

Budget & Performance

  • Manage the annual marketing budget and marketing expenses.
  • Track campaign performance using traffic, sales, engagement, and ROI metrics.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing recaps for leadership.

Operations

  • Support day-to-day shopping center operations as needed.
  • Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage when required.
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with company policies and safety standards.


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in one or more of the following:
    • Retail
    • Shopping Centers
    • Commercial Real Estate
    • Property Management
    • Hospitality
    • Consumer Marketing
  • Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge, including social media and email marketing.
  • Experience managing events, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and marketing metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
