We are building an AI native company where AI is an integral part of how we build and operate. AI tool usage during interviews varies by role. You may be asked to demonstrate proficiency with AI tools, discuss how you leverage AI, or complete interview exercises without AI assistance. About The Team
Our Creative team is the engine behind Life360's brand-bringing to life the stories, campaigns, and experiences that connect with millions of families worldwide. From brand campaigns and product marketing to content and design, we're a collaborative, high-output group that cares deeply about craft and moves fast with AI as a genuine creative partner-not a shortcut. We're building out our Creative Operations function to help the team scale, and this role is a key part of that foundation.
About the Job
We're looking for a motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Creative team and help build out the Creative Operations function at Life360. In this role, you'll help keep creative and marketing initiatives on track-providing structure, removing blockers, and making sure the right people have the right information at the right time.
Reporting to the Creative Operations manager, you'll be supporting the planning and execution of initiatives from brief to delivery. Your job is to own the "how" so creatives can focus on the "what."
The US-based salary range for this position is $91,000 to $133,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
What You'll Do
  • Support the Creative Operations Manager in coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Creative, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Web Development
  • Track and communicate project status regularly-keeping timelines, milestones, and deliverables up to date in our PM tools
  • Identify and flag project risks early, troubleshoot blockers, and recommend solutions before deadlines slip
  • Help develop and maintain lightweight, repeatable processes that make it easier for creative teams to collaborate and ship deliverables
  • Coordinate resourcing conversations and contribute to roadmap planning discussions
  • Prepare project updates, status reports, and team communications for stakeholders and leadership
  • Participate in standups, sprint reviews, and planning sessions-keeping things moving and decisions documented
  • Look for opportunities to improve how the team works and raise your hand when you spot them
What We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing coordination
  • Exposure to Creative and Marketing team workflows-lifecycle marketing, brand, user acquisition, or content production
  • Comfortable building and maintaining project plans, timelines, and briefs that real teams actually use
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
  • Proficient with project management tools like Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or Google Sheets
  • Strong communicator-written and verbal-who knows how to tailor updates to different audiences
  • A pragmatic problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and doesn't wait around for perfect information
  • Detail-oriented with a bias for action and a collaborative, low-ego working style
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Bonus Skills
  • Experience supporting retail, consumer electronics, or consumer app marketing programs
  • Familiarity with developing process standards and workflow documentation
  • Exposure to product-driven, cross-functional organisations
Our Benefits
  • Competitive pay and benefits
  • Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans (100% paid for employees)
  • 401(k) plan with company matching program
  • Mental Wellness Program & Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental well-being
  • Flexible PTO, 13 company-wide days off throughout the year
  • Winter and Summer Weeklong Synchronized Company Shutdowns
  • Learning & Development programs
  • Equipment, tools, and reimbursement support for a productive remote environment
  • Free Life360 Platinum Membership for your preferred circle
  • Free Tile Products
