Job description

Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.

Job Description: Sr. Creative Project Manager Role Overview

The Sr. Creative Project Manager is an expert in navigating Creative & Design (C&D) processes, creative workflows, and deliverables. Operating at the intersection of creative vision and operational rigor, you will turn complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives into clear narratives and on-time delivery across global brand and entertainment initiatives. In this role, you will act as the operational engine—managing project schedules, logistics, task execution, change requests, and team communications, while bridging cross-functional workflows between C&D, Business Groups (BGs), Brand Activation, Producers, and Creative teams.

What a C&D PM Is:

A proactive leader of end-to-end schedules, a strategic partner to the creative team, and a manager of AI tools and agents designed to automate administrative tasks so you can focus on strategic impact.

What a C&D PM Is Not:

A creative/technical decision-maker (facilitating processes rather than making creative calls) or a reactive administrator.

PM Vision & Core Behaviors

Vision: Drive project execution with clarity, collaboration, and innovation, consistently delivering meaningful impact and excellence. Norms: Foster trust through transparent communication, embrace change and AI-driven innovation, maintain accountability for dependable outcomes, and lead through continuous learning and shared achievement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Schedule, Milestone & Project Execution End-to-End Schedule Management: Build and maintain master project schedules in Asana for New Product Introductions (NPIs) and creative initiatives. Integrate production/vendor schedules provided by Creative Producers to ensure deliverables ladder up to BG PR, On-shelf, and launch dates.

Intake & Scope Alignment: Lead NPI intake requests and briefs. Adapt project management workflows dynamically depending on campaign scope (e.g., video/stills, photography, CG/AI, or Ad hoc assets).

Risk & Scope Management: Monitor project drift and timelines, maintain Change Logs in partnership with Producers and Brand Activation, and lead risk escalations.

Retrospectives: Lead post-campaign retrospectives for every project to capture learnings and continually optimize C&D workflows.

  2. Communication, Reviews & Operational Coordination Review Facilitation: Schedule and lead internal C&D creative reviews (ensuring Strategy and Creative Director sign-offs) and BG milestone review meetings.

24-Hour Documentation: Record and distribute clear, actionable notes, and decisions within 24 hours following all BG reviews.

Cadence & Communication: Set up project Slack channels, run daily/weekly C&D team stand-ups, publish weekly One-Pagers and co-lead weekly BG status meetings alongside Producers and Brand Activation Leads.

Asset Organization & Handoff: Maintain clean Google Drive project repositories (including Finals folders). Manage toolkit formation/delivery across teams and partner with Asset Management for Brand Portal uploads.

  3. Strategic Collaboration & Cross-Functional Influence Cross-Discipline Alignment: Align workflows across Creative, Design, Product Marketing, Industrial Design (ID), and Color/Materials/Finishes (CMF).

Conflict Resolution & Trade-Offs: Synthesize conflicting feedback from global stakeholders into actionable decisions.

Translate complex project trade-offs into objective options to support decision-making.

AI Orchestration: Manage a suite of project management AI assistants and agents to automate routine administrative tasks (scheduling, milestone tracking, notes, One-Pagers), freeing up capacity for strategic coordination.

  4. Creative & Production Partnership Creative Partnership: Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure adequate communication and understanding of deadlines, expectations — including shifts in schedule and scoping.

Production Support: Proactively bridge schedule gaps with BG and creative teams, spotting potential challenges early and championing solutions to deliver exceptional content on time and within budget.

Key Qualifications

Campaign Management: Proven track record blending creative expectations with operational rigor to manage high-profile campaigns and content for recognized brands or entertainment studios from concept through delivery.

Creative Scenario Planning and Ways of Working: A deep understanding of creative and production teams, and overall R&Rs at each stage of the campaign process.. Experience leading the E2E schedule of a creative campaign (from briefing and concept development to production and final delivery), including scenario planning.

Ability to partner closely with creative and strategy leads to achieve creative objectives while aligning budget and timing requirements.

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability to align multi-stakeholder initiatives, turn complex operational challenges into clear narratives, and ensure on-time delivery across globally distributed teams.

Tool & AI Proficiency: Deep expertise in Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack. High proficiency with modern AI tools and agents to automate administrative project tasks.

Composure & EQ: Maintains a steady, calm demeanor in high-volume, multi-project environments. Strong emotional intelligence for resolving cross-functional friction and navigating cultural nuances across distributed teams.
