  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations while ensuring projects remain on schedule.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across digital, social, CRM, e-commerce, retail, print, packaging, and video.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Lead the development and/or facilitation of creative briefs by partnering with marketing stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables, target audiences, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Standardize briefing processes and templates to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Translate business needs into actionable creative projects while ensuring teams have the information needed for successful execution.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve creative workflows, documentation, and operational processes.

Asset & Content Management

  • Support forecasting and budget tracking for creative production and operational initiatives.
  • Prepare executive-ready reporting, presentations, meeting agendas, and project updates.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all project documentation and communications.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience managing creative, marketing, or integrated projects within an agency or fast-paced in-house creative organization.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional creative teams in beauty, luxury, fashion, retail, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while balancing changing priorities.
  • Experience working with creative teams, designers, copywriters, producers, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills
  • Advanced experience with Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows across digital, print, video, and social media.
  • Comfortable learning and adopting AI-powered productivity and creative tools as workflows continue to evolve.

  • Has exceptional organizational skills and can manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Is naturally curious and excited by emerging technologies, AI, and new ways of working.
  • Adapts quickly as tools, workflows, software, and processes evolve.
  • Brings structure without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
