Job Overview:

Pay Range: $19hr - $24hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in desktop/laptop/mobile device support principles and practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to support users in office as well as Factory floor where applicable.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve End user equipment-related issues efficiently.
  • Manage inventory of desktop hardware and software, ensuring availability and proper functioning.

Nice to Have:

  • Client facing role - requires good communication skill and excellent Customer Support attitude.
