Job Description Desktop Engineer Bartlett, TN 5 days Onsite/ Contract Role Summary: We are seeking a Desktop Engineer to support enterprise end-user computing operations within a fast-paced corporate environment. This individual will provide advanced Level 2-3 support across desktop, laptop, mobile, collaboration, and conference room technologies while partnering closely with infrastructure and security teams on endpoint management initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical troubleshooting skills, modern endpoint management experience, excellent customer service skills, and experience supporting enterprise environments with a high-touch support model.

Responsibilities: Provide Level 2-3 desktop and end-user support across Windows, macOS, and mobile environments. Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, VPN, printer, and connectivity-related issues. Manage and support Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, and endpoint management initiatives.

Configure, deploy, image, and support laptops, desktops, and mobile devices using Intune and Autopilot. Support conference room and collaboration technologies including Teams Rooms, Zoom, and WebEx. Provide executive/VIP white-glove support in high-visibility environments.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, authentication, conditional access, and endpoint compliance issues. Support onboarding/offboarding activities including provisioning, access management, and device deployment. Partner with infrastructure, networking, and security teams on escalated issues and enterprise initiatives.

Maintain documentation, asset tracking, and knowledge base articles. Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA expectations are met. Qualifications: 5+ years of Desktop Support, End User Support, or Workplace Technology experience within enterprise environments Strong troubleshooting experience across Windows and macOS environments Hands-on experience with: -Microsoft Intune -Autopilot -Active Directory / Entra ID -Microsoft 365 -ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms Experience supporting conference room and AV collaboration technologies Experience with endpoint imaging, deployments, and device lifecycle management Ability to support executive/VIP users in a high-touch environment Strong communication and customer service skills Experience working within SLA-driven enterprise support environments ITIL certification or experience working within ITIL environments preferred Preferred Experience: Apple Business Manager (ABM) Conditional Access policy troubleshooting JAMF or macOS enterprise support PowerShell scripting Infrastructure or networking exposure.
