Responsibilities: 

The Tier II End User & Systems Support Specialist provides advanced support for workstation, endpoint, collaboration, and identity services. This role serves as the escalation point for Tier I support and performs hands-on troubleshooting, system administration, endpoint management, and operational support functions that keep the workspace environment running efficiently.

  • Provide advanced end-user support for desktop and mobile environments.
  • Support Microsoft Intune and endpoint management systems.
  • Perform workstation deployment, imaging, software installation, and lifecycle management.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange issues.
  • Administer user accounts, group memberships, and role assignments.
  • Support MFA and Entra ID user access issues.
  • Manage software packaging and deployment activities.
  • Support printer services and endpoint security controls.
  • Participate in change management and maintenance activities.
  • Create technical documentation and operational procedures.
  • Support transition, migration, and technology modernization efforts.
      

Requirements: 

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of enterprise support experience.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • Experience with endpoint management technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Client projects for this position require U.S. Citizenship.
  • Successful drug screening.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge.


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • CompTIA Network+.
  • CompTIA Security+.
  • Microsoft Endpoint Administrator.
  • Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator.


Location/Work Arrangement:

  • Schedule is full-time, Monday – Friday 40-hour week and may require on call or overnight shifts depending on contract needs.
  • This position may be fully onsite or hybrid/remote depending on the needs of the specific contract.

Starting compensation for this role typical salary ranges between $75,000 and $100,000 annually is commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.
