Job description

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Desktop Analyst to fill an open position with one of our clients in the distribution and logistics industry. This is an exciting opportunity to support the launch and ongoing operations of a state-of-the-art distribution center, working with modern end-user technologies and warehouse systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in hardware deployment, troubleshooting, and technical support across multiple platforms and locations. This position offers hands-on experience in a high-availability environment while contributing to critical business initiatives.

In this role, you will provide technical support for desktop, warehouse, and end-user technologies while ensuring systems remain operational and optimized. You will assist with device deployment, application configuration, hardware repairs, and troubleshooting across a variety of platforms. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic support environment.

Responsibilities

Provide support for Windows 10/11, Citrix, Microsoft W365, AWS desktops, mobile devices, and warehouse technology environments.

Install, configure, troubleshoot, replace, and rebuild hardware components, applications, and endpoint devices as needed.

Support warehouse technologies including Zebra printers, handheld scanners, wearable terminals, and other operational equipment.

Assist with new distribution center deployments, service requests, technical problem resolution, and periodic onsite support activities.

The Ideal Candidate

Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience supporting multi-platform environments including Windows 10/11, Citrix, Microsoft W365, AWS Desktop, Android, and SOTI.

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including Ethernet, wireless networking, and TCP/IP protocols.

Working knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, desktop security, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and hardware configurations.

Experience supporting warehouse technologies such as barcode scanners, Zebra printers, wearable devices, and handheld terminals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently, collaborate in virtual teams, contribute to projects of moderate complexity, and effectively support business initiatives.
