Description

Conduct pre-move site surveys using project-provided documentation to verify user locations, workstation assignments, and technology requirements.

Gather and document desktop inventory, peripheral information, infrastructure details, and user-specific technology needs.

Reconcile discrepancies between project plans and onsite conditions while communicating risks, concerns, and dependencies to project leadership.

Coordinate office move activities, installs, adds, and changes (IMAC) initiatives across different locations.

Support deployment teams by organizing, validating, and tracking desktop equipment against approved project plans.

Provide Day 1 and Day 2 support following office moves, deployments, and new-site openings.

Track and coordinate resolution of move-related issues through completion or escalation.

Maintain organized inventory and storage areas for project equipment, desktop assets, and peripherals.

Update project trackers, issue logs, completion reports, asset records, and project documentation.

Partner with project managers, deployment technicians, support teams, and business stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.

Monitor field readiness, maintain status visibility, and communicate project progress to relevant stakeholders.

Travel to locations throughout New York City, Long Island, and Westchester County in support of project activities.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, desktop support, deployment support, field services, workplace technology, or IT operations support. This individual should be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
