Job description

You will be the Production Operations Hardware Coordinator (Level 4) for the HIMARS team. Our team is responsible for coordinating the hardware logistics pipeline for HIMARS launchers, driving efficiency, continuous improvement, and ontime delivery.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Production Operations Hardware Coordinator (Level 4) you will be responsible for managing hardware requirements, resolving supplychain impediments, and ensuring seamless crossfunctional collaboration.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Coordinate hardware requirements across multiple sites and resolve supplychain impediments.

  • Lead hardwareneed discussions, set priorities, and track progress with site teams.

  • Maintain accurate manufacturing data to improve performance predictability.

  • Drive safe and efficient completion of hardware tasks for the HIMARS program.

  • Facilitate crossfunctional communication to align production schedules.
