Responsibilities:
โ€ข Own endโ€‘toโ€‘end deployments: Manage everything from design to implementation to rollout, including mapping customer workflows, measuring success, and iterating with customers.
โ€ข Coโ€‘build with customers: Bridge the gap between customer operations and our product, turning messy real-world processes into automated workflows driving immediate business impact.
โ€ข Scale customer impact: Surface patterns and opportunities across customers to inform product and engineering roadmaps.
