Part-Time Phone Deployment Technician - $35-$50/HR - DOE
We are currently hiring Part-Time Phone Deployment Technicians for a commercial phone replacement project in the Denver metro area. This position is ideal for someone with basic telecom or IT hardware experience who enjoys working directly with customers in a professional office environment.
You'll be responsible for replacing desk phones at employee workstations, performing basic setup and testing, and providing a positive customer experience throughout the deployment process. This is a straightforward project with training and onsite leadership provided.

Phone Deployment Technician Duties:
- Unbox, assemble, and prepare new desk phones for deployment
- Visit employee workstations to remove existing phones and install new devices
- Program phones by entering provided configuration codes and testing functionality
- Perform basic troubleshooting, including checking cables and connections
- Communicate professionally with end users throughout the installation process
- Report installation progress and any issues to the onsite project lead
- Dispose of old phones according to established onsite procedures
Phone Deployment Technician Requirements:
- Previous experience with telecom, low voltage, IT hardware deployment, or similar technical work preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a professional office environment and interacting with employees throughout the day
- Able to follow written instructions and standardized installation procedures
- Basic troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, and move equipment throughout the workday
Compensation:
- $35-$50/hour, depending on experience
