We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Windows 11 Enterprise Deployment Tech Lead to spearhead our organization's strategic migration to Windows 11. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise deployment strategies, strong technical acumen, and exceptional project management skills.
Responsibilities
• Enterprise Strategy Development:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive Windows 11 deployment strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives and IT roadmap.
o Conduct thorough assessments of hardware compatibility, software application compatibility, and user impact analysis.
o Identify potential risks and challenges and develop robust mitigation plans.
• Technical Leadership and Team Management:
o Lead and mentor a team of technical specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
o Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.
o Configure and optimize Windows 11 settings, policies, and security configurations to meet enterprise requirements.
• Deployment Execution and Optimization:
o Oversee the deployment process, including image creation, deployment methods (SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, etc.), and post-deployment tasks.
o Monitor deployment progress, address issues promptly, and optimize deployment efficiency.
