ResiBridge is hiring a Lead Network Deployment Technician to supervise field teams across multiple sites and markets. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with field leadership and logistics coordination. The Lead Technician will oversee senior and standard technicians, support market launch efforts, ensure deployment consistency, and own accountability for execution quality in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate teams of  Deployment Technicians across concurrent projects
  • Travel to new markets to lead deployment crews and establish local operational rhythm
  • Act as escalation point for technical field challenges, resolving issues quickly and thoroughly
  • Ensure all deployments meet ResiBridge standards for cable routing, labeling, equipment installation, and documentation
  • Work closely with the Network Deployment Manager to align daily deployment activities with production goals
  • Provide field-level feedback to improve tools, training, and process documentation
  • Track progress on deployments, materials usage, and crew performance, escalating risks proactively
  • Support and enforce safety practices and jobsite professionalism at all times

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of network deployment experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Mastery of structured cabling, fiber optic installation/testing, and wireless equipment provisioning
  • Experience leading remote deployments, managing travel crews, and launching new markets
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple field teams simultaneously
  • Skilled in reading plans, marking up as-builts, and ensuring documentation is submitted accurately
  • Excellent communicator-able to interface with field teams, office staff, vendors, and property management
  • Willingness to travel (up to 40%), including overnight stays, to support deployments outside NYC

While not required, the following qualifications will be considered a significant plus:
