Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, you will develop and maintain accurate forecasts while identifying volume drivers that enhance forecast precision, highlight risks, and support proactive actions that ensure delivery of business objectives.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesDrive the monthly forecast consensus process for assigned brands by engaging cross-functional partners to build short- and long-term demand plans.Collaborate with key partners to gather consistent forecast inputs, address gaps, and ensure alignment across functions.Ensure successful execution of customer promotions and new item launches through effective planning and integration of required inputs.Communicate forecast changes to stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.Monitor and report forecast accuracy while leading continuous improvement of forecasting processes, tools, and systems.Support annual planning and present insights that drive understanding, alignment, and informed decision-making.Ingredients Required for Your SuccessBachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Two or more years of experience in a production, inventory, or demand planning environment, or in a collaborative function within the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.Understanding of supply chain processes and the impact of demand planning.Proficiency with forecasting tools and Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills such as formulas and pivot tables.Strong analytical and statistical background with high attention to detail.Experience with Sales and Operations Planning and related planning processes.Number of Days in Office: 3#LI-Hybrid#LI-MH1#LI-AssociateCompensation Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position.
