Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Dealership Receptionist Cashier to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will greet guests, handle payments, assist with phone calls, and support various administrative tasks. If you thrive in a customer-facing role and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
  • Process customer payments for service, parts, and vehicle purchases
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with scheduling service appointments and administrative support
  • Handle basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Proficiency with computers and basic office software
Hours:
  • Must be available to work:
    • 2-3 Weekday Evenings Monday-Friday 4:00pm to 9:00pm
    • Saturday shift either 8:00am to 1:00pm or 1:00pm to 6:00pm
    • Alternating Sundays 11:00am to 5:00pm
