Porcaro Ford is looking for an experienced Dealership Office Manager / Assistant Controller to help lead, organize, and strengthen our dealership office operations.

This role is a strong fit for someone with dealership accounting, office management, or automotive administrative experience who understands the importance of accurate reporting, clean schedules, timely follow-up, and strong office controls. The right person will be organized, confidential, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across sales, service, accounting, finance, vendors, lenders, and ownership.

This position will support daily office operations, deal flow, title and funding follow-up, AP/AR processes, reconciliations, month-end preparation, office workflow, and task accountability. We are looking for someone who can help improve processes, keep the office moving efficiently, and support accounting leadership with accurate and timely information.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting month-end close and financial statement preparation

  • Reviewing accounting schedules and follow-up items

  • Monitoring deal flow, funding status, title status, and missing paperwork

  • Supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, deposits, cash receipts, and vendor invoice processes

  • Assisting with bank, floorplan, inventory, and receivable reconciliations

  • Helping organize daily and weekly office workflow

  • Supporting office staff with task completion, follow-up, and accountability

  • Communicating with sales, service, finance, accounting, vendors, lenders, and ownership

  • Identifying process gaps and helping create better office controls

  • Maintaining accurate and confidential records

  • Assisting with reporting, documentation, and administrative projects as needed

Preferred Experience
  • Automotive dealership accounting experience strongly preferred

  • Experience as a dealership office manager, assistant controller, accounting manager, title/billing lead, or senior accounting clerk preferred

  • Experience with month-end close, schedules, reconciliations, titles, funding, AP/AR, or deal processing

  • DMS experience helpful

  • Ford dealership experience helpful but not required

  • Strong computer, organization, and follow-up skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to protect confidential information

  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
