Job description

  • Lead the strategy to transition dealers from fragmented 3rd party tools to a Ford-vetted ecosystem, initially focusing on Video Check and AI Lead Management capabilities
  • Conduct deep-market research to identify best-in-class providers that fill gaps between Ford-built products and dealer needs
  • Act as a consultant to dealers, providing tailored, tech-stack-specific guidance based on their DMS and Scheduler
  • Identify and implement service capabilities that drive Repair Order growth and reduce Repair Order duration throughout the customer service journey
  • Work with technical teams to build governed data pipelines and two-way integrations with vetted partners
  • Define guardrails for data sharing and measurement
  • Benchmark and negotiate with 3rd party vendors on behalf of the dealer network to ensure best-in-class pricing and service levels
  • Collaborate with regional leads and dealer partners to pilot initiatives and ensure Ford-approved tools fit dealership operations
Requirements
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience
  • At least 3-5 years in a managerial or lead role
  • 3+ years of experience in 3rd party partnership management or strategic sourcing within the technology space
  • 3+ years of experience conducting customer and dealer research to inform strategic technology decisions
  • 2+ years of experience managing or working with DMS (Dealer Management System) and Service Scheduler integrations
  • Proven experience taking a "guide and scale" strategy from conception through successful network-wide implementation
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
