Your Role as a Case Manager:

As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting children in foster care and their families. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing case management services to children in foster care and their families.
  • Assessing the needs of children and families to develop individualized service plans.
  • Connecting children and families with community resources and support systems.
  • Building collaborative relationships with service providers and community partners.
  • Monitoring family progress and adjusting plans to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Advocating for childrens best interests, including providing testimony in Juvenile Court.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • A Bachelors degree in a social service-related field.
  • Child Welfare Employee License (CWEL) certification (required).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
