What are DCFS contracts?

DCFS contracts are agreements between the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and external service providers or agencies. The goal is to ensure that contracted providers meet the standards and requirements set by DCFS to protect and support children and families. Providers must comply with state and federal regulations as part of the contractual agreement.
