Solon Pointe is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Full-Time Day Receptionist to join our team!

As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, you'll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Provide administrative support

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk

  • Assist residents, families, and team members as needed
