Operational Manager Requirements

  7. Must have reliable automobile and insurance
  8. Proposal and Bidding Experience
  9. Bi-lingual is a plus
  10. Medical Compliance Knowledge
  11. Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email
  12. Covid and Flu shots are required
  13. Carpet and floor work Knowledge
Scope of work
  1. Inspection of Client Building to maintain RFS quality standards and contract scope of work.
  2. Build customer relations.
  3. Incident reporting and problem solving.
  4. Manage the Independent Contractors including hiring and termination.
  5. Manage Day porters including hiring, termination, scheduling, and training.
  6. Ensure buildings have proper supplies.
  7. Manage special cleaning projects such as terminals.
  8. Train employees on chemicals, bio-hazard and blood pathogens.
  9. Traveling between client buildings.
  10. Participate on bid and estimates for special services.
  11. Suggest to clients additional special work and other sales.
