Job description

Job Summary:
The University of Cincinnati Foundation is committed to fostering a sense of belonging and nurturing relationships within the community. The Associate Director, Data Operations oversees the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Foundation enterprise data, ensuring data accuracy and quality standards are met to deliver actionable insights for decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Structure data collection in multiple sources and integrations across the Foundation, University, and Heath entities.
• Execute data operations including collection, storage, and processing, according to security standards and strategy.
• Research, identify, and analyze data gaps in the CRM database, and recommend integrity reports and data enhancements for optimal data.
• Maintain data frameworks as set forth in data governance, and evaluate and refine data operations as needed.
• Translate complex data requirements into actionable plans ensuring alignment with data initiatives and business strategy and goals.
• Develop data validation protocols and conduct regular audits to address issues proactively.
• Maintain data compliance with internal and external governing bodies.
• Champion continuous improvement, regular review, and adapt to evolving business needs and emerging data challenges.
• Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of demonstrated experience managing data within a database.
• Proficiency in data management platforms and business intelligence tools.
• Organized and detail oriented with the capacity to work in an environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to process and manage large quantities of data in a logical and analytical fashion.
• Ability to solve problems, handle multiple, complex tasks with accuracy and attention to detail while maintaining a professional demeanor in fast-paced work environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
