Position Summary:Responsible for overseeing the integrity of data generated by Lending operations with focus on optimizing processes, insuring the highest level of data quality, and providing analytical and reporting support for the loan portfolio. Manages special projects related to this effort. Maintains advanced knowledge of core system functionality, reporting tools, and complex loan processing situations.
Duties & Responsibilities:• Oversee the Loan Accounting area, including support of this function as needed; the Loan Accounting Manager will be a direct report to this position
• Assist with complex Loan Accounting inquiries and maintain hands-on involvement in specialized processes that require continuity or subject expertise
• Reconcile and distribute financial reports and data extracts; author new reports as requested by Lending department leadership and/or the Finance department
• Serve as the internal contact for questions related to core system functionality and back-end configuration of loans
• Collaborate with IT and senior management to identify technology-driven efficiencies
• Lead or participate in cross-departmental projects including data cleanup, implementation of banking systems as they related to the loan portfolio, mergers and acquisitions, and procedural enhancements
• Develop effective and increasingly automated solutions to support accurate reporting across multiple banking systems.

Qualifications• Bachelor's degree and extensive experience within the financial services industry, including 3+ years of management experience, working knowledge of Loan Accounting processes, and familiarity with the servicing of complex loan structures.
• Experience with web-based financial applications and core banking systems; knowledge of Fiserv Premier is a plus
• Knowledge of report creation and data visualization software (IBM Cognos, Power BI, Tableau, etc) is beneficial
• Proficient with MS Office suite; intermediate or higher proficiency with Excel is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to accuracy and detail
• Ability to work independently, exercise critical thinking, and adapt to changing priorities
