Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale Office 365 migration initiatives, with a focus on tenant-to-tenant consolidation, mailbox migration, SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams transitions, and identity management. In addition, the role involves supporting M&A integration activities, ensuring acquired entities are seamlessly onboarded to the Microsoft cloud ecosystem with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
  • O365 Migration:
    • Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end O365 migrations (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams) for enterprise-scale projects.
    • Drive tenant-to-tenant migration strategies, including data integrity validation, cutover planning, and user adoption.
    • Manage Active Directory (on-prem and Azure AD) integration, including user/group synchronization, domain consolidation, and hybrid identity setup.
    • Implement security and compliance controls (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, retention policies) across O365 workloads.
    • Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot migration issues and optimize performance using tools like PowerShell, Quest, BitTitan, or native Microsoft APIs.
    • Support post-merger IT integration efforts, including Day 1 readiness for acquired users (email, collaboration tools, identity access).
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align migration timelines with M&A closing dates and business priorities.
    • Assist in due diligence, dependency mapping, and risk assessment related to O365 and identity systems during M&A events.
