BizTek People is looking for an seasoned LoanIq Data Migration Project Manager for our client in NYC and NJ!
Summary:
Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to support a lending platform replacement initiative. The role involves leading the implementation of a new loan servicing system, including systems integration, data migration, reporting, and testing. The candidate will contribute to the design of a new target operating model and help document updated business processes. This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders across operations, technology, program management, finance, credit, and risk teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the successful migration of loan data from the legacy platform to LoanIQ
  • Define and manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies within the data migration workstream
  • Identify risks, manage escalations, and support mitigation efforts
  • Oversee testing phases for data migration and ensure alignment on acceptance criteria
  • Coordinate data cleanup efforts and lead cutover planning and execution
  • Facilitate requirements gathering for operational reporting and control processes
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to address risks, issues, and project updates
  • Provide post-go-live support and contribute to project stabilization
  • Share implementation best practices based on prior experience with large-scale systems transitions

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in business transformation, change management, or systems implementation
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional technology or operations projects
  • Strong background in lending operations
  • Experience with LoanIQ implementation or enhancement projects
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
