The PM will be responsible for the planning and execution of IT and/or Business Initiative Projects, leading matrixed and cross functional teams to achieve project objectives, regularly reporting on status, and managing projects through the entire lifecycle. They will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks and issues of project and act as a leader and mentor to team members. They must have the ability to independently lead projects from original concept through final implementation.

PM will interface with all areas affected by the project including end users, distributors, and vendors. They will also communicate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project status updates. PM will use people skills and project management best practices to deliver assigned work, on time, within budget, and agreed-to scope.

This role follows standards and procedures confirmed by the client to assure major and interim milestones are being met and to manage change, issues, and risk appropriately. Responsibilities: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire data migration process from The PM will ensure that all project objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget The PM will ensure the integrity of legacy data/systems migration to cloud platform Oversee the data migration process, ensuring data integrity and accuracy Coordinate with the technical team Coordinate and work with vendors Ensure the project adheres to the timeline and budget constraints Identify, prioritize, and mitigate project risks and issues Lead the project team, driving motivation, collaboration, and high performance Conduct regular project status meetings and provide detailed reports to stakeholders Serve as the single point of contact for all project-related queries and communications Skills & Qualifications 5-10+ years of direct program/project management experience. Previous data migration project manager experience Previous legacy to cloud migration project experience PMP or similar Project Management certification.preferred Vendor Management experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Solid technical background; experience working with data teams Ability to understand complex technical material and be able to ascertain business implications. Ability to translate business strategy into functional/operational plans and apply knowledge to the critical components of the function. Strong relationship building and negotiation skills; able to influence internal and external stakeholders with shared and divergent interests.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal. Solid organizational skills, including multi-tasking and attention to detail. Demonstrated results in team management, and ensuring work activities are value added and focused on project delivery.
