Job description

Expanding metal roofing & siding manufacturer seeking an outgoing, reliable, full-time, long-term team member who will thrive in a fast paced, high volume office environment. This position assists various departments including sales, finance, administration, and marketing. We are looking for someone who is interested in going into sales and working with customers.

We are based in Salem, OR with satellite facilities in Washington and California. This position is for our Salem, OR office.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED, college degree preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud based computing. CRM software experience desired
  • Typing skills and 10-key proficiency
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with ability to compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data
  • Good time management skills -- ability to maintain levels of productivity including backing-up other positions in the company
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to quickly and accurately input customer orders into a cloud based system
  • Multi-line phone skills
