Procurement Data Entry Clerk

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Data Entry Clerk to support the procurement team by accurately entering supplier delivery commitments into the company's ERP system. This role requires excellent data entry skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter supplier delivery commitments into the ERP system.
  • Maintain and update supplier delivery information to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the procurement team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Review entered data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist with tracking and maintaining procurement records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, review, and manage data.
  • Collaborate with procurement team members to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Perform additional administrative and data entry duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous data entry experience with strong attention to detail.
