Summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Document Processing & Data Entry Clerk to join our team onsite in Janesville, Wisconsin. In this role, you'll support the secure processing, scanning, and accurate entry of confidential documents while helping ensure quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in producing accurate work, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Location: Onsite - Janesville, WI
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM for approximately 2 months
Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM following successful completion of training

Your role in our mission
  • Process, scan, sort, and accurately index confidential documents while maintaining data integrity and quality standards.
  • Support daily document processing and mailroom operations to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
  • Perform data entry and document verification with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize, file, and maintain records in accordance with established procedures and confidentiality requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals while identifying routine issues and escalating concerns when appropriate.
What we're looking for
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience in data entry, document processing, mailroom, records management, or a related administrative role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word; experience using a 10-key keypad is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Work onsite in our Janesville, Wisconsin office as part of a collaborative and supportive operations team.
  • Receive hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed in the role.
  • Handle confidential documents while following established security, quality, and compliance standards.

The pay range for this position is $28,500.00 - $33,280 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
