Job description

NetSuite Data Entry Clerk (Temporary)

Location: Milwaukee, WI
Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Position Type: Temporary

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented NetSuite Data Entry Clerk to support our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, basic computer knowledge, and strong attention to detail. This individual will receive up to two weeks of training from our experienced NetSuite Data Entry Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain data within the NetSuite ERP system.
  • Review data for completeness and accuracy before submission.
  • Update records, spreadsheets, and reports as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, track, and validate information.
  • Follow established procedures and data entry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding data discrepancies or issues.
  • Assist with other administrative and data management tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level computer skills and general proficiency with business software.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Excellent accuracy and time management skills.
  • Prior data entry experience is preferred but not required.

Work Schedule Requirements

  • Must be available to work 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM).
  • Must be available to work weekends as needed.
  • Must be flexible to work beyond scheduled hours, including late afternoons when required.
