Primary Job Duties

As a Parts Clerk, you will be responsible for keeping parts inventory on hand to support our mechanics.

  • Warehouse/stockroom Inventory Cycle Counts
  • Utilize the internal computer program to issue, return, and process parts/tooling from stock
  • Drive a company vehicle to airport gates for COMAT/AOG and road trips
  • Verify, pull, and prepare shipments/receipts
  • Data entry including but not limited to emails, inventory counts, and creating requisitions  
  • Operate a forklift to load and unload shipments
  • Sweep, mop, and maintain the organization of the warehouse/stockrooms
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager

Minimum Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Pass a background check
  • Knowledge of airline parts preferred but not required 
  • Team player - works well with others
  • Self-motivated - be able to work without supervision
  • Detail oriented / quick learner
  • Computer knowledge is helpful
  • Works well under pressure
  • Evaluate and solve problems
  • Be in good standing with the company

Physical and Other Requirements
  • Lift 75 pounds routinely, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Flexible - schedule is subject to change
  • Available to work on any day, seven days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • This is a full-time position, starting at $18.33 an hour
