Job Title

Marine Travelift is excited to be adding a full time Data Entry Specialist to our growing Purchasing Department.

Job Description

Your primary focus is on important administrative support responsibilities managing a wide variety of data with heavy data entry and the use of databases and other resources.

Job Responsibilities

Serves as the primary administrative support person for the supply chain department while learning supply chain operations.

Enter hard copy data electronically, accurately and in a timely manner.

This role ensures all assigned products are properly quoted, ordered, delivered and available for shipment.

Enter accurate data within internal operating systems for reporting purposes.

Process purchase orders, product quotes, and internal information requests.

Works with a variety of data sources related to supply chain operations.

All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned.

Job Qualifications

Strong keyboard and data entry skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is a must.

Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel is required.
