Data Entry Clerk - Long-Term Opportunity
Precision Staffing is currently seeking 1st Shift Data Entry Clerks to support a financial institution team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering tax return data into internal systems. This is a long-term assignment with a tentative start date of August 2026, expected to run through December 2026, with potential extension into March 2027 (end date not guaranteed).
Position Details
  • Title: Data Entry Clerk
  • Location: 17650 NE Sandy Blvd, Portland, OR 97230
  • Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
  • Schedule:
    • Monday: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Tuesday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
    • Wednesday: Off
    • Thursday: 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM
    • Friday: 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch
  • Total Paid Hours: 29 hours per week
  • Schedule Type: Consistent weekly schedule
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must provide three forms of ID:
  1. Driver's License or State ID
  2. Social Security Card
  3. Birth Certificate or Passport
  • Must pass background check, name trace, and fingerprinting prior to start
  • Must pass data entry assessment (minimum 5,500 KSPH)
  • Must be willing to assist in other departments as needed

    • Prior experience with GLBX Extraction or Batch Prep
    Physical Requirements
