Position: CMDB Dashboard Developer Location: Coppell, TX or Costa Mesa, CA Duration: 5 months, possible extension and conversion Job ID: 179570 Job Overview: The CMDB Dashboard Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to support Configuration Management Database (CMDB) operations. This role requires expertise in data visualization, analytics, and CMDB processes to ensure accurate and actionable insights for stakeholders. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize CMDB data and metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure dashboards meet business needs. Analyze CMDB data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CMDB and reporting tools. Provide technical support and training to users of the dashboards. Work closely with IT teams to integrate CMDB data with other systems and tools. Qualifications: Proven experience in dashboard development and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong understanding of CMDB processes and ITIL framework.
